Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please send an email to info@apexcinemagear.com and describe what you'd like to modify. Include your order number in the subject of the email and we'll be happy to assist you! Please note, we can NOT modify shipping addresses after the order has already been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with affordable rates!
When will my items ship?
We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as we can! Most items are in stock and ready to ship, so expect to see that shipping confirmation email within 2 days of placing your order. Tracking details will be included in the email. Backordered items will be fulfilled as they come available, see product descriptions for more details .
Why is my shipment delayed?
Occasionally, shipments will be delayed due to weather, logistical problems, or customs clearance issues. Once the team drops off your order at the shipping facility, we have no control of what occurs and cannot change the shipment in any way. There is always a chance that your package can be delayed, so allow for extra time in processing if you need the item by a certain date. We will not provide refunds for shipping delays.
Can I return my items?
Yes, we can provide a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are at all not satisfied with your order. Items must be unused and in new condition. Refund amounts will be determined once the item is returned back to our warehouse. Please send an email to info@apexcinemagear.com to request a refund. Include your order number in the subject of the email.
Why won't my item with Gold Mount Studs attach to my battery plate?
All of our products with Gold Mount Studs are machined to Anton Bauer's specs. The tolerances are extremely tight so the item might not fit if there is any velcro or tape on the top of the battery plate. Please check the studs for damage or debris as well, as brass is very soft and can be easily bent if dropped or hit.
