Can I modify my order after I've already placed it?

Please send an email to and let us know what you'd like to modify. Include your order number in the subject of the email.

Can I return my item?

Yes, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with your order. The item must be unused and in like-new condition. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and you will just need to box the item back up and drop it off for shipment. Send an email to and include your order number in the subject of the email. 

When will my items ship?

We aim to ship out orders as quickly as we can! Most items are stocked and ready to ship so you can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email within 2 days of placing your order. Backorded items will ship when they become available, see item descriptions for more information. There will be a tracking link included in the email.

Why does my item with Gold Mount Studs not fit on my battery plate?

All of our products with Gold Mount Studs are machined to Anton Bauer's spec, but the tolerances are extremely tight so they might not fit with any additional velcro or tape installed on top of the battery plate. Additionally, check the inside of the studs for debris to ensure there is nothing preventing the item from clicking in properly. Inspect the studs for any damage as well, such as dents or bending, since brass is a very soft metal.
