The 3a Steadicam Arm Post comes in three lengths to allow the operator to dial in the exact height needed for specific shots. They measure 5/8" in diameter and fit Steadicam arms such as the 3a, PRO, and any other arms with a 5/8" diameter post opening. There are holes on both ends of the post which allow the operator to use low-mode brackets and low-mode pins. These posts are machined out of solid 7075 aluminum, which has nearly the same tensile strength as steel, meaning that it is incredibly rigid and will not flex when under load.
