This low-profile and lightweight dovetail plate slides directly into the Arri BUD-1 on the Arri Alexa 35. It allows the user to mount any dovetail plate to the camera cage, only adding 1/8" in height and 115 grams to the camera build. It is profiled to match the bottom of the BUD-1 and has 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes for mounting.
No need to purchase all of the different SAM Plates, this fills the need for the SAM-5, SAM-6, SAM-7, SAM-8, and SAM-9 Plates!
This Plate is also compatible with the Sony Burano Camera Cage by Bright Tangerine!
Machined out of 6061 aluminum and hard anodized black.

This plate is rad. It’s better than the arri plate. It’s the one you want to hand the first so it looks like you know what you’re doing . Go ahead fly some dumb other bridge plate, the ac’s will think you don’t work enough to afford this plate.
